John Pilcher has been involved in development land and providing expert advice to property specialists for over 35 years. Johns ambitious and innovative approach to business is perhaps best illustrated when, in the early 1990s’ and the UK was in a deep recession, he successfully introduced many new developments to the far-east investment market securing numerous sales and long term property management clients, some of whom still exist today.

Closer to home Wood and Pilcher’s Land and New Homes Department includes Simon Ellis and Richard Lewis, both of whom have worked for a number of years with successful property developers including Berkeley Homes, Honeygrove Properties and Bellway Homes. Our wealth of experience is widely recognised by those within the business and as such we frequently act for and advise not only property developers but also local and county councils, institutions, charities, trusts and corporate clients as well as private individuals.

Our dedicated New Homes department provides a New Homes sales and marketing service co-ordinating on-site sales staff and offices, together with strategic and targeted advertising campaigns.
