Wood & Pilcher's thriving Commercial & Professional Department provides a range of professional services geared to the needs of private and corporate clients.
In addition to performing valuations and surveys, we act as consultants offering advice on rates, rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations, planning and development. We also handle the sale and lettings of offices, shops and industrial properties, as well as acquire and dispose of investment properties for and on behalf of clients in the UK and overseas.
Acting as agents, we are experienced in locating properties to suit client requirements, advising on location, size and potential of a property, as well as optimum lease terms and purchase price.
We take in the close working relationships that we have developed with institutional clients, including a number of major UK banks, building societies and insurance companies, as well as prominent law and accountancy practices.
